Made with twigs and leaves of the Yerba Mate plant, grown on Mud Lake Farm. Steep about 5-10 min for an energizing tea with some bitterness.
Yerba Mate is a holly plant from South America which contains caffeine. This is our only tea with caffeine.
Package of 12 pyramid tea bags. Tea bag fabric is made from sugar cane fiber, and will break down in your home compost pile.
