1 lb bag of frisée - hearty greens in the chicory family that work well as either a fresh or cooked green. There's a great salad recipe on our farm website with the chicory, bacon, and goat cheese which is our family's favorite salad. Because we grow hydroponically in greenhouses, these greens are much less tough and bitter than those typically grown outdoors in the field.
