All of our tea flavors are available in lovely pyramid tea bags.
St. Steve’s “Tea Ginger” is ginger pulp from our cordial-making process, dried. It contains a small amount of cane sugar. Ginger supports digestion and helps reduce pain & inflammation.
Peppermint grown on Mud Lake Farm, hand-harvested & dried. Peppermint soothes an upset stomach, clears a stuffy nose, and helps with alertness.
Wild Bergamot grown on Mud Lake Farm, hand-harvested & dried. Wild Bergamot helps relieve headaches, indigestion, colds, & flu.
Leaves & flowers of the Pineapple Sage plant, grown on Mud Lake Farm, hand-harvested & dried. Pineapple Sage is native to Mexico & Central America and has been used to help fight depression and reduce anxiety.
Leaves of the Bay Laurel, grown on Mud Lake Farm, hand-harvested & dried. Bay Laurel has been used to help with digestion and heart health.

Leaves & twigs of the Spice Bush, grown on Mud Lake Farm, hand-harvested & dried. Spice Bush (also known as Appalachian Allspice) was used by Native Americans to provide relief from fevers, colds, & gas.
