farm-Crafted Cordials (Syrups)
St. Steve's cordials are essentially syrups made with produce we grow on our family farm in West Michigan. Cordials have a wide variety of uses - salad dressings, baking, sauces, cocktails and teas to name a few. There's no alcohol in our cordials, so they're perfect for any age.
The most popular use for our cordials is as a hot or cold tea. Just dilute 1 tablespoon of cordial in either hot or cold water to taste. At only 30 calories per serving, it's a great-tasting beverage for everyone.
Our current flavors:
Basil
Bay Laurel
Chamomile
Elderflower
Fennel
Ginger
Lavender
Lilac
Peppermint
Pineapple Sage
Rosemary
Spiced Elderberry
Thyme
Wild Bergamot
We also make our Elder Honey Syrup - so named because it's much less sweet than our cordials, and sweetened with honey instead of sugar. It combines both the elderflowers and elderberries without the spices, and is great as an immune-boosting syrup.

Candied Ginger
For a tasty snack or use in baked goods and more, we also offer candied ginger - sliced ginger root that has been cooked in the cordial, coated in sugar and dried until crisp.
Spicy and sweet - what a treat! Use as a snack, or in baked goods, teas, cocktails, and more. Also a great portable way to take the digestive benefits of ginger with you wherever you go. |
Wondering about the health benefits of elderberries? There's a lot of mis-information on the web, especially now. Here's a very good (though brief) article. And here's one that's more in-depth...
