farm-Crafted Cordials (Syrups)
St. Steve's cordials are essentially syrups made with produce we grow on our family farm in West Michigan. Current flavors include Elderflower, Ginger, Chamomile, and Spiced Elderberry. Cordials have a wide variety of uses - salad dressings, baking, sauces, cocktails and teas to name a few. There's no alcohol in our cordials, so they're perfect for any age.
The most popular use for our cordials is as a hot or cold tea. Just dilute 1 tablespoon of cordial in either hot or cold water to taste. At only 30 calories per serving, it's a great-tasting beverage for everyone.
We also make our Elder Honey Syrup - so named because it's much less sweet than our cordials, and sweetened with honey instead of sugar. It combines both the elderflowers and elderberries without the spices, and is great as an immune-boosting syrup.

187 ml CordialsNew to cordials? You might want to start with our "mini" cordials. At just 187 ml (~6 oz) they're less intimidating and give you a chance to try out a few recipes and get comfortable with using cordials.

SEASONAL Cordial flavors
Our Pineapple Sage Cordial is a limited release in the fall - made from pineapple sage leaves and flowers, it's a fun pink syrup great for teas and cocktails. Pineapple Sage is used in Central America for depression - while we don't have any studies that prove it helps this, the fun flavor and color will at least bring a smile to your face! We're also working on Mint and Hazelnut cordials - stay tuned! |

Spicy and sweet - what a treat! Use as a snack, or in baked goods, teas, cocktails, and more. Also a great portable way to take the digestive benefits of ginger with you wherever you go. |
Wondering about the health benefits of elderberries? There's a lot of mis-information on the web, especially now. Here's a very good (though brief) article. And here's one that's more in-depth...
