What is a cordial?
St. Steve's cordials are essentially intensely flavored simple syrups made with produce we grow on our family farm in West Michigan. Cordials have a wide variety of uses - salad dressings, baking, sauces, cocktails and teas to name a few. There's no alcohol in our cordials, so they're perfect for any age.
We also make our Elder Honey Syrup - so named because it's much less sweet than our cordials, and sweetened with honey instead of sugar. It combines both the elderflowers and elderberries without the spices, and is great as an immune-boosting syrup.
