St. Steve’s Wild Bergamot Cordial is a hand-crafted flavored syrup, made in Michigan in small batches. We use freshly harvested Wild Bergamot and dried Wild Bergamot from our farm for this lovely herbal cordial. This cordial has lots of bold flavor, would be great in a vinaigrette, and it would be fabulous in cocktails!
Refrigerate after opening. Ingredients: Water, Cane Sugar, Wild Bergamot leaves & flowers, Citric Acid (from Cassava).
