St. Steve’s Fennel Cordial is a hand-crafted flavored syrup, made in Michigan in small batches. We use freshly harvested Fennel leaves and flowers from our farm for this lovely herbal cordial. Makes a lovely tea, and would be fabulous in cocktails!
Fennel has a licorice flavor, and this cordial captures that with none of the typical black licorice bitterness. Also, for some reason, even though fennel plants are dark green and their flowers are yellow, the cordial is pink. We are always amazed and color in nature!
Refrigerate after opening. Ingredients: Water, Cane Sugar, Fennel, Citric Acid (from Cassava).
