This cordial is made with both fresh and dried chamomile flowers. You've never really tasted chamomile until you've tried the fresh flowers - they have a scent and flavor reminiscent of tart green apple. This one makes a lovely tea and would be wonderful in cocktails, and chamomile is great for reducing anxiety and promoting restful sleep.
Refrigerate after opening. Ingredients: Water, Cane Sugar, Chamomile, Citric Acid (from Cassava).
