St. Steve’s Green Walnut Cordial is a hand-crafted flavored syrup, made in Michigan in small batches. We use black walnuts (harvested green) from our farm for this unique cordial. Loosely based on Noccino (an Italian green walnut liqueur), this is our version as a cordial without alcohol. Nuts are harvested when green in late June/early July, sliced and steeped in syrup for 4 months. Great in cocktails!
Refrigerate after opening. Ingredients: Water, Cane Sugar, Black Walnuts (harvested green), Citric Acid (from Cassava).
